Father Larry sends God’s Blessings to everyone in the fourth week of Lent. He hopes the reflections he shares “might stir” everyone with a “desire to come to know the God of love, beauty, mercy, justice, and peace, seeking to be fed in order to better serve… God and God’s people.”
Father Larry further stated that people make this journey with Jesus Christ every year. They follow him “from his triumphant entry into Jerusalem through the Last Supper, through his betrayal, arrest, denial, whipping and humiliation.” They even follow Jesus Christ “through his suffering and death on the cross, his burial and his ultimate triumph over sin and death.”

The Hip Hop F.I.R.M. Teams Up With St. Agatha Catholic Church
Cortez Watson Jr. is the founder and President of the Hip Hop F.I.R.M. The Hip Hop F.I.R.M. is a collective of educational architects who help mold the next generation.
With the help of St. Agatha Catholic Church, they have combined hip hop with the teachings of Christian education. Their “purpose is to teach youth how to dissect Christian literature using a critical lens using lessons Jesus taught in the sermon on the Mount in Matthews 5 through 7.”

Father Larry Wednesday Reflection on Fifth Sunday of Lent
Father Larry welcomes everyone to his Wednesday Reflections. During this service, he will be speaking about “What does it mean to die to oneself?” This question haunts many people as the days count down to “the final days of Jesus’ ministry and his passion and death.”
He and the Church want to invite everyone to “think about what it is we need to die too.” Everyone should contemplate the “additive addictive behaviors, jealousies, envies, pride or other attitudes and bad habits do we need the Lord’s help to empty us of in order for the Lord to fill us with what we need to truly serve God and God’s people”
